Stuff I Do

Took the site up to WordPress 2.2 tonight.

We get a ton of phone calls from “market research” people. I despise these people and there is no need for anyone outside of my company to know how many computers we run, operating systems, software, etc. Yet they call on an almost daily basis. It is truly amazing how many of these scum companies exist. Tiring of the their annoyance we have created a pretty good way of making them go away. Since using this the number of calls have dropped down to about 1 a week now. When they start into the script you cut them off and state “Company policy prohibits me to answer any survey or give out any company information, to do so will cost me my job”. Most of them will apologize and hang up. The more scummy degenerate ones will continue to press for information. This is the point when we get belligerent. We either ask them why they want to get us fired or ask them if they have a hearing problem or if they are just stupid. The call pretty much ends at that point.
